In an unprecedented action, representatives for more than 10,000 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency scientists are calling on Congress to take immediate action against global warming, according to a petition released today by Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER).

NREL B20 Study Shows No Increase in NOx Emissions |

A recent NREL study concludes that vehicles using B20 fuel, a blend of 20 percent biodiesel and 80 percent petroleum diesel, do not produce an increase in nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions, unlike an Environmental Protection Agency 2002 report showing a two percent increase in NOx emissions for B20.
